My passion for movement and exercise led me to become a personal trainer and Biodiography instructor. Twelve years ago, I found yoga and it has changed my life. At first yoga was just physical exercise. However, my love for yoga grew when I realized it helped me to become a stronger person during difficult times in my life. In 2016, I received my 200 hour yoga certification and most recently my prenatal certification. As a yoga instructor, I love to share how fun yoga can be while still being deeply healing; emotionally, spiritually and physically.
