ERYT200 - Yoga
Mark has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. He began his training with Rodney Yee in California back in the 90’s and, after moving to Pittsburgh in 2002, completed his teacher training with Amazing Yoga in 2010 and is a ERYT200. The foundation for his practice and approach to teaching is based in mindful movement: movement with awareness of breath and attention to detail to build strong foundations and deepen our experience. His work is simple! (Although not always easy.) Mark also teaches small groups and private yoga at The Center for Structural Wellness and Yoga for Athletes at Chris Anthony Fitness.
Mark is also a Holistic Health Coach and earned his certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University in 2010 and is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition 2012.
