Jess is finishing her 500 hour training in therapeutically oriented yoga through Integrative Yoga Therapy. She started practicing yoga six years ago and received her 200 hour yoga teacher training specializing in Vinyasa yoga in 2013. While teaching classes in her community she soon realized that her passion was to help students, especially those with little yoga experience or those with illness or injury, find healing through yoga. Jess’ classes focus on the 5 kosha model to address the needs of the whole person: physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
Jess also works as a social worker with clients who suffer from chronic illness and will continue her training with Integrative Yoga Therapy to complete a total of 1,000 hours of training to become a Certified Yoga Therapist. She is also available for private consultations.
