Just in case you think you have too much to do, especially as we approach the holiday season… Lolo is back with Meditation classes on Monday evenings at 6:30pm. Class is only $10.00 or you can use your unlimited yoga class pass as well.
Winter is coming!! Time for a little hibernation! We will be closed for Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Also, our weekly class schedule will be changing for December through the winter. We will be adding more workshops and special events and reducing some of the weekday morning classes!! We’ll Plant the seeds of mindfulness for the little ones, play yoga games designed for younger boys and girls and challenge others all the while building a family bond that will grow and grow! Yoga is a great way to bring the family together.
